For all to share:
Caramelized cod salad with potatoes, roasted peppers and rucula with sweet basil oil

Individual:
Puff pastry stuffed with black pudding, spinach and pine nuts

Cream of crab soup with young Dublin Bay prawn tartare and a hint of mint

Second course choices:

Grilled turbot with a cream of beans, fresh duck liver and soya
Or
Iberian pork “presa” fillet (special cut from the shoulder) with “Torta del Casar” (special Spanish cheese)

Dessert:

Tiramisu

All set menus include red wine D.O. Rioja, white wine D.O. Rueda, water, beer, soft drinks and coffee.

Atenttion: Guests may freely select their own preferences within the set  menu.
If the group exceeds 25 persons the second course is limited to one choice, that must be selected 5 days in advance.
